”Well done Spence and co. on the amazing journey, you guys rock!! Enjoy tomorrow and being able to be off the bikes. All the irish even if we cant be there in person are there in spirit for those last few miles! ”

–Marcus "Surfs up" Horgan

”Oops! Apparently, I can cook better than I can spell. I enjoyed cooking for the 'MOUTHS' ... although it did seem like several months worth of food was consumed during your stay! See you soon ........ ”

–Spencer's Mom

” I loved every minute of your Hudson stopover - especially having hungry months to cook for - (why - I even enjoyed the laundry!) I was so happy that you were able to take some time at the cottage to rest and refresh before the remaining miles of your fabulous journey. It IS all about the journey - and you have made it a grand one! I am so proud of all of you ! See you Sunday Love ”

–Spencer's Mom

”Dear all: I am so proud of you guys! This experience will be remembered for the rest of your life! You are an amazing group of students! I am looking forward to seeing you on campus! I wish you all the best for the future! Great accomplishment!”

–Dr. M.-P.

”I miss you guys: the thrill of the hills, the cruising through the corn fields, the splendid peaks at Glacier. It's pretty boring after all that, being parked in the driveway. I have to say that my load is considerably lighter, and I smell more like a fresh breeze than a sticky Therma-rest. See you all soon. You can all pile in and we'll go for a ride. Woody, the one and only 1996 Buick Roadmaster wagon”

–Woody

”Wooof wooof.... I loved seeing you in Montana! And, now you are SOOOO woof woof close to being done! COngratulations! I love you Brian... woof woof!”

”What a great week it has been for my mother and me in the support vehicle, playing leapfrog with the four riders between Chicago and Hudson. We had it all: heat, humidity, rain, the threat of a tornado, miles of corn fields, stinky socks, dinners with lots of laughter, and many kind people along the way. Hats off to Brian, Spencer, Katherine, and Jamie for their determination and courage. Good luck on the home stretch.”

–Brian's mom
